Self-Assessment HIB Grade

Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, New Horizons Community Charter School has implemented the requirements found in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act. During the first two years of implementation, our school has made progress in addressing and improving harassment, intimidation and bullying and the school climate and culture.

The official release of the School Self-Assessment for Determining HIB Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights District. New Horizons Community Charter School has received a score of 51 of 78 total possible points.

Our school community is encouraged to use this data to educate staff and the community about current school practices and engage them in identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

School districts and schools must post the exact grade reports issued by the NJDOE without making any alterations to the PDF document to fulfill its responsibilities for posting the grades to the school’s websites.
